Methane Measurement and Inventories

This talk will provide a technical overview on measurement, better using data, improving inventories, sources to inform mitigation in outcome-based schemes, and auditable proof-of-performance emissions datasets for certification schemes, including the various documented pitfalls we must not repeat.
