    Devra J. Hill-McCoy

    Senior Analyst, Land Projects, Inter Pipeline Ltd.

     

    Devra J. Hill-McCoy is a Senior Analyst, Land Projects at Inter Pipeline Ltd., where she helps manage land acquisitions and supports regulatory approvals for midstream energy projects across Alberta. With over ten years of experience in Land, she works closely with engineers, landowners, and government agencies to ensure projects meet all legal, regulatory and environmental standards. Devra holds an Interim Land Agent License and is working toward her Permanent License. She’s passionate about building strong relationships with communities and Indigenous partners, and she volunteers regularly to support local initiatives. Devra’s career path shows how land professionals play a key role in shaping sustainable energy development.

     

    Brendan Mah

    Past Chair, SPE Calgary Young Professionals & Senior Commercial Advisor, Suncor

     

    As Past Chair of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Calgary Section Young Professionals (SPE YP), Brendan led initiatives promoting education, professional development and a strong community and network for emerging professionals in the energy industry. What motivates him most is connecting with students and young professionals alike, who he knows will drive the future of our industry and society. He is also a Senior Commercial Advisor, developing commercial agreements, projects and solutions for Suncor’s upstream oilsands assets, including GHG reduction initiatives, brownfield growth, A&D and technology development. A native Calgarian, he’s grown with the city and is proud to call it his hometown. Brendan is a CFA® Charterholder, holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a P.Eng license with APEGA.

     

    Arsalan Ansari

    Drilling/ARO SME, Darcy Partners

     

    Arsalan Ansari is a Drilling/ARO SME at Darcy Partners, where he supports global E&P companies in evaluating and adopting innovative technologies that enhance drilling performance, efficiency, and safety. With over a decade of industry experience, Arsalan has led the design and optimization of unconventional, horizontal, SAGD, and slot-recovery wells across Canada and the Middle East. Prior to Darcy, he held drilling engineering roles at Repsol, Cnergreen, and ADNOC, with a strong focus on improving ROP, reducing failure rates, and navigating complex formations including the Montney and Duvernay. He holds dual Master’s degrees in Petroleum Engineering and Data Analytics from the University of Toronto.

     

    Amanda Calleberg

    Chairwoman, SPE Calgary Young Professionals & Commercial Operations Advisor, Inter Pipeline Ltd.

     

    Amanda Calleberg is the Chairwoman of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Calgary Young Professionals was a past Program Chair for the SPE International Management Technical Section. Amanda works as a Commercial Operations Advisor in the Facilities Infrastructure business unit at Inter Pipeline in Calgary, Canada. She has technical and commercial experience spanning the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry. She was previously chair of the governance committee for the board of the CanLearn Society for Persons with Learning Difficulties and is on her local government’s Calgary Salutes committee. She has an MBA specializing in Finance from Queen’s University, where she received the Dean’s gold medal for the highest GPA in her graduating class. She has a Chemical Engineering degree with a minor in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Calgary and a sustainability in energy credential from evaluate energy.
